Who you are
- You'll love this role if you're a hands-on builder with aptitude for data, technology, and getting stuff done
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (B2B Account Engagement), HubSpot, and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with ABM tools (e.g., 6Sense, RollWorks, Clearbit) is a plus
- Startup experience preferred
- Recent IC (individual contributor) role experience
What the job involves
- The Director, Marketing Operations is a talented generalist who will be help build business critical functions that help us scale
- Develop and optimize campaign management, lead flow, and reporting for in-person and digital events, ABM, and online channels
- Create scalable systems and processes in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Lead cross-functional marketing projects to ensure alignment with business goals
- Implement and integrate tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
- Provide performance updates and actionable insights based on data analysis
- Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA)
