Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of technical experience in Cloud Security or DevSecOps practitioner role
- Knowledge of operating and managing a SIEM, AWS, Snowflake, and modern cloud environments
- Experience in programming or scripting languages, Python experience required
- Experience with log analysis, alert triaging, and incident response. Preferred experience with CI/CD implementations
- Willing to travel ~20% to run virtual or in-person classroom training and assist customers in the field
- Experience building and creating technical content and demos for training purposes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as prior experience presenting to a group of technical and non-technical audiences
- Excel at creating presentations to tell a compelling and relatable story
What the job involves
- Create technical and engaging content for SecOps teams that is easily understandable for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop a strong understanding of our persona by covering topics that capture their interest & attention
- Partner with internal infrastructure teams to build a lab environment to execute the training
- Build a quarterly and yearly plan and ensure it is well coordinated with sales, marketing, and product
- Build scripts, tools, processes, and presentations to support training content for external-facing teams and customers
