- Previous exposure to a shared services model
- Experience working with Workday and Service Now (or other ticketing systems), and automated scheduling tools like Rooster
- HR Knowledge beyond hiring operations (HR Benefits, HR Compensation, HR Policies, HR Legal and Regulatory Environment, HR Compliance, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate and be a standout colleague
- Ability to identify problems, take ownership and develop solutions
- Fluency with French language both verbal and written
What the job involves
- The Recruiting Coordinator or "Candidate Support Advisor" as we call this role at Autodesk works with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting service organization
- You are an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- You will run a variety of hiring related tasks and processes for the AMER region
- In this role you will work with our Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, Payroll, and most importantly our Candidates, supporting the hiring process
- Work as the processing backbone of our AMER recruiting function to support recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview and onboard new Autodesk employees
- Post jobs in line with compliance standards
- Schedule Interviews & maintain the calendar invites using Workday and our Automated scheduling tool, Rooster
- Support with our candidate's interview travel reimbursements
- Generate employment offers & initiate Background investigations for new hires
- Revise offer letters and engage with Legal and People Consultants if changes to Employment Agreements are needed
- Ensure current versions of documents and information are shared with candidates
- Manage hire processing in Workday
- Maintain data integrity, completing process flows and workflows in relevant HR systems including but not limited to Workday and Service Now
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Review and make recommendations to assigned projects and activities focused on process improvement, efficiency optimization and new ideas through enabling technology
- Run reports as requested
- Communicate with candidates to provide clarity, answer questions, and to resolve scheduling and offer issues
