Senior Executive Assistant, Y TREE

• The successful candidate will have worked for several years as an assistant to a team of executives in a fast paced and high-performing environment which required them to be quick on the uptake, proactive, efficient, organised and accurate in their work
• They will have a track record of successfully prioritising actions, and showing adaptability in supporting the evolving activities of a team
• An EA with strong attention to detail who has thrived in fast-paced environments
• Candidates should enjoy building relationships with colleagues and third parties, and be comfortable, and polished, interacting with senior people
• They need to possess excellent levels of written English

Desirable

• Comprehensive support to a small but fast moving and externally focused team
• Provide administrative support to Y TREE’s small but fast-moving Business Development Team, The key tasks include managing diaries and liaising to book internal, and crucially external, meetings
• The role is also responsible for researching and providing briefing materials for key meetings, as well as maintaining network team databases
• The Senior Team EA will also manage agendas, papers and actions for team meetings, and help administer events
• Keeping sensitive information confidential is a pre-requisite
