Who you are
- You are a grad + at least one year of customer facing role in a B2B SaaS company.
What the job involves
- Customer Service Agent is responsible for a range of customer-facing tasks. This role is instrumental in ensuring our customers get a great customer experience and therefore a key part of the success of Yordex. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prioritise and process incoming customer service queries via webchat, phone and email
- Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating internally where needed
- Track all customer queries and provide updates when needed
- Ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner and within the agreed SLAs
- Help maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
- Raising and tracking tech support tickets, whilst also communicating with customers a clear timeframe
- Handling and de-escalating complaints or passing the customer to a manager. Yordex is a small and dynamic team and everybody in the team is expected to jump where needed. We may also ask your help on sales calls, compliance, account management or newsletters and other customer communications
