Associate Portfolio Analyst, Crowdstreet

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, data analytics or other relevant fields
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and completion skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external teams to complete project tasks and track statuses
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in real estate investment analysis
• Highly proficient with MS Office or GSuite, especially Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly motivated and resilient, able work independently and as part of a high performing team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while managing conflicting priorities
• Curious with the desire to continuously learn

• We are hiring an Associate Portfolio Analyst reporting to the Director, Portfolio Investments to join our team and assist us in building a world-class organization
• The role will require interaction with multiple internal departments, including Investments, Investor Relations, Marketplace Operations, Finance, and CrowdStreet Advisors, with frequent external customer-facing activity, as well
• The Associate Portfolio Analyst will help monitor and support accountability of sponsors throughout the post-raise period
• Serve as a resource for data entry, collection, research, analysis, and maintenance
• Enter data into CrowdStreet systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Facilitate communication between sponsor and investor on an as-needed basis, including reporting, corrections, training and discipline
• Conduct or assist in the analysis of data
• Understand and present trends and anticipated outcomes in data
• Analyze property and fund financial statements to extract relevant data points
• Assist and support in the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reporting
• Assist and support in the preparation of quarterly and annual valuations, including document retrieval
• Support CrowdStreet team goals and initiatives
