HR People Partner, 1X

• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a strong understanding of California labor laws related to hourly employees — this is a hard requirement
• Proficiency in HRIS and an ability to improve HR systems and processes. Rippling experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• A proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities

• As we scale from research and development to full-scale manufacturing, we are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to help refine and execute our HR strategy while supporting our ongoing growth. In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational excellence and contributing to our mission of transforming the world through innovation
• You will collaborate with HR leaders ensuring alignment across global operations while fostering a cohesive, efficient, and compliant HR framework. This partnership will support the seamless integration of processes and best practices as we continue to expand
• Operational HR Management & Compliance: Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations in at our Hayward manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with local and state labor laws
• Act as the primary HR contact and ensure HR processes and policies are implemented effectively
• Contracts, Documentation and System: Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and other relevant HR documentation
• Maintain accurate and high-quality HR data across relevant systems, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition
• Manager & Employee support: Provide guidance and support to manager on various HR topics, including employee relations, HR policies and performance management
• Process improvement & Performance culture: Continuously review and improve HR processes to support the companys growth and performance goals, ensuring that policies align with organizational objectives
