Role
Who you are
- Seasoned design leader, used to coach and mentor individuals in a multi-disciplinary team of designers, and strengthen the team through team collaboration
- Product design experience from a SaaS business, tech company or startup, ideally building global B2B tech products to serve thousands of partners across markets
- Expertise in developing and managing all aspects of design and creative output with the aim to achieve and maintain design quality
- Industry leader within facilitation and guidance on how to work both outcome and insight driven following a collaborative process
- Experienced product designer - preferably with complex products aimed at specialist professionals as well as consumers. Comfortable within data-driven, hypothesis based and experimental design and product development processes
- Excellent communicator, used to publicly present design perspectives around vision, processes and user value
- Experience from working with different markets, preferably multiple market strategy within one product/company
- Comfortable defining processes and providing frameworks to support teams and level-up their way of working
- Experienced in understanding the intersection between users and business, and the role of design plays; positioning yourself as catalyst for long term business strategy
- Having an inventive and creative “do-what-it-takes” spirit, demonstrating a bias for action
- A strong team player
What the job involves
- Partner with Product and Tech leads to define product strategies, vision and building a healthy organisation
- Collect, understand and validate the real needs of users globally to inform product iterations and communicate those needs clearly to the team and the business
- Define and improve ways of working and processes in a cross-functional environment
- Oversee and coach on day-to-day design quality work
- Partner with other leading roles on quality, process, design strategy, team culture and team vision
- Sync and alignment across Product Areas and Markets

Livi faces competition from other well-funded rivals like Babylon, but with a predicted increase of the telemedicine market from £32bn in 2018 to £150bn by 2026, this is just the beginning of online healthcare, and there is plenty of room for multiple companies.
