8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring GTM & GA talent for software/tech companies
Demonstrated ability to attract and close passive candidates
Experience recruiting across both business and technical roles is a plus
Executive recruiting experience is a bonus
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers at all levels
Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing
Familiarity with ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and G Suite tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred

What the job involves

Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies
Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles (with a focus on Marketing)
Source and engage passive candidates using creative, out-of-the-box techniques
Build and maintain strong pipelines and long-term candidate relationships
Deliver a high-touch, seamless experience to both candidates and hiring teams
Guide hiring teams through every step of the recruitment process, from kickoffs to closing
Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional new-hire experience
Tools you’ll use: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter (Enterprise), and Gem
