Who you are
- Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Understanding of traditional project management patterns (Waterfall)
- Advanced knowledge of JIRA, hands on with boards, metrics and administration
- Experience with intelligence tools desirable, such as EazyBI, Google Data Studio or equivalent
- Experience with tracking dimensions such as, Velocity, Team Strength, Capacity and so on
- Strong communication skills, balancing subtlety and tact
- Understanding of continuous improvement as well as the fundamentals of iterative development
- Upbeat, determined, positive, goal-focused attitude
What the job involves
- Reporting to: Head of Delivery
- We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to join our product and technology team
- You’ll support two or more cross-functional engineering teams, delivering value to millions, while having fun in a diverse and rewarding environment
- As Delivery Lead, you’ll shape the way we work to constantly release value to our users
- You are passionate about continuous improvement and maintaining flow, championing our product development process that is driven by experimentation and data
- You’ll be embedding yourself in discussions across functions from tech, product to business
- Helping to synchronise expectations and timelines, building up trust and balancing the delivery of short and long term strategic goals
- Manage cross-organisational delivery, coordinating with other teams on shared capabilities
- Enhance the visibility of development efforts and provide regular insights through metrics, charts, and status reports
- Proactively remove blockers to ensure continuous delivery of value
- Help identify, highlight and mitigate risks to commitments
- Partner with teams to manage internal and external dependencies
- Facilitate and champion smooth agile ceremonies
- Support teams to continually improve their ways of working and well being
