Integrated Marketing Manager, Transcarent

• 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house team
• Strong understanding of the creative process — from concept through design and production
• Experience managing complex campaigns with multiple collaborators and deliverables
• Familiarity with creative production tools and workflows; ability to optimize how teams use them
• Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Experience setting up, managing, and refining project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar), building structure, workflows, and reporting that keep teams aligned and accountable
• Go-getter attitude, equally invested in both process and outcomes
