Marketing Manager, umbrl

• Experience: 5 years in B2C and services are a must, in a start-up is strongly recommended
• Experience with different forms of advertising, such as sponsored content, out of home, social media or search engine advertising
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional creative content writing skills, and hands-on experience in visual/graphic design for advertising

Desirable

• Setting up first marketing plans, defining long-term and short-term strategies:
• 1- Refine brand positioning and narrow down to specific target audience we should focus on, through qualitative, quantitative research and experiments
• 2- Identify demographics or regions for targeted marketing campaigns and conducting research and to substantiate the findings. Reaching insights about brands, competitors and trends
• 3- Establish customer trust through brand awareness campaigns, community building, and presence building on social media
• 4- Develop umbrl’s external voice and identity through marketing campaigns
• 5- Develop and refine acquisition strategies and retention strategies
• Setting marketing schedule and coordinating internally
• Writing / proofreading, editing and publishing marketing adverts, articles and other written content
• Managing social media, PPC and out-of-home campaigns
• Building a social media community and managing it
• Managing website, social media, brand and campaign data analytics to assess how successful they are, report to management, and work alongside management and product team to drive acquisition and retention KPIs
