• ✅ Extensive experience in energy, climate tech, or B2B Commercial roles - ideally working with business energy customers, partners, or aggregators - with a track record of owning customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
• ✅ Proven ability to originate, shape, and close new customer and partner-led deals.
• ✅ You have a deep understanding of buy-side commercial drivers - including price sensitivity, credit considerations, contract structure, and total cost of ownership. You can position value and margin strategies.
• ✅ You love navigating complex commercial negotiations and can coordinate with Trading and Legal to structure deals.
• ✅ Excellent communicator - you can tailor messaging and work cross-functionally.
• ✅ Prepared to travel across the UK as part of the role.

Desirable

• You'll own and expand strategic relationships with buy-side customers (supply of business) and partners, with a focus on scaling exempt supply through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value creation. In return expect an uncapped commission structure!
• Lead commercial execution across the buy-side sales pipeline, ensuring high-quality deal structuring and developing a C&I strategy in alignment with our Go to Market strategy.
• Shaping product direction and customer strategy through market insight, stakeholder engagement, and revenue accountability.
• Capturing and sharing competitive intelligence, including pricing benchmarks and market trends, to inform partner strategy and strengthen our positioning.
• Leading cross-functional projects across Growth, Ops & Product team and executing exceptionally.
