What the job involves
- Within our Customer Success team, your role will be to organise events in collaboration with clients and service providers, including:
- Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests
- Conduct negotiations with service providers
- Protect the company's profit margin on each event
- Build trusted relationships with clients and partners
- Participate to the development of new processes, tools and product features
- Participate to the onboarding and training of new joiners
- During periods of lower activity, source and onboard new service providers

Described as the “Air BnB for company events”, users of the platform can build their company offsites the way they want, rather than taking mood boards and ideas to a company that plans it for you. Alongside its simple-to-use rental platform, Naboo also has its own transportation, catering, and activity contacts, all of which are suited to the large groups offsites often facilitate.
Whilst the sector is crowded, it’s the Parisian company’s flexibility and variety that helps it stand out, helping build events at a team level rather than a company level. The boutique nature and ergonomy of its platform is a USP too. The company has enjoyed $10 million in funding so far and is planning to launch an AI browsing feature that acts as a chatbot interface for more complicated booking requests.
