Who you are
- 2+ years product management experience
- Leadership skills and experience in leading a product development team
- Pragmatic, can-do attitude (you like to dive deep and get things done)
- Experience with retention and/ or growth in B2C products, App experience is a plus
- Technical understanding to structure and plan complex technical solutions together with your engineering manager / tech lead
- Strong analytical skills - Able to define and work with KPIs as well as ability to come up with hypotheses to validate ideas
- Ability to take complex problems and break them down to find simple solutions
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- As Product Manager (w/m/d) for the Talent Platform - you will lead the efforts of our product development in your area
- You will make sure that our registered talent has a great user experience, engages with the product and gets their dream job for a fulfilling life with HeyJobs
- Reporting to the Talent Product Lead, you'll build and grow Europe’s leading job marketplace for essential talent
- Define the product strategy & roadmap for your team
- Continuously improve the number of applications and hires made on our platform
- Create an excellent user experience for our talent
- Help the team to deliver excellent software
- Drive know-how and learning in your area
- Collaborate closely with our further product development teams
- Be part of the talent product team driving success together with product, UX & design and strategy

HeyJobs leverages machine learning to modernise the sector with a self-learning algorithm that matches workers with jobs that fit their profile. It also optimises job adverts, saving employers money on their advertising spend.

Its success in breaking into a market dominated by large incumbents like TotalJobs and Indeed is a testament to the ability of its cutting edge product to match talent to opportunities.
The company has accrued impressive funding, which has enabled it to invest heavily in developing its AI and expanding into new markets. Despite success, in 2025 it had to cut jobs and shut locations - though this likely resulted from poor economic conditions rather than the company's missteps.
