Group Product Manager, Autodesk

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management
• 10+ years of experience driving strategy, vision, and implementation of enterprise data management services and systems, 3rd party data and enrichment services, insights, and data platforms, partnering with enterprise architects, engineering, and multiple stakeholders (business, legal, compliance)
• 8+ years of experience hiring, developing and retaining high-performing product managers driving high-impact solutions and products
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business, and technical
• Exceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skills
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent

• This is a senior Product Management role reporting to the Sr. Director of Data Product Management in the Enterprise Systems and Experience (ESE) Function which is Autodesk's Information Technology (IT) organization
• Autodesk is looking for a Group Product Manager with deep experience in enterprise data management services and systems, 3rd party data and enrichment services, insights, and data platforms to join the newly formed Data Products and Insights Product Management Group within ESE
• You will partner with all our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), global revenue operations and Finance to develop, and evolve our enterprise data products and insights
• Drive the vision and strategy for the Enterprise Data Management product groups within the Data Products & Insights Domain in furthering company goals and objectives
• Develop deep expertise across GTM teams and a deep understanding of their needs and insights into high impact opportunities
• Hire, develop and retain high-performing talent; inspire and scale teams to develop and innovate on new solutions and capabilities
• Through inspired product group leads, oversee and actively drive delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Eng with Product Management accountable for landing business impact as the "CEO of product capability set."
• Actively seek new business opportunities by forming lasting relationships with key business leaders from across GTM teams, Finance and global revenue operations
• Define and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for your product groups aligned to our goals, prioritizing the most important problems that will drive the biggest impact for Autodesk
• Define OKRs including the measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap to land the committed business impact
• Ensure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s and stakeholder management best practices
