Senior Revenue Strategy & Planning Manager, Rula

• 7+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years specifically in RevOps, Sales Ops, Strategy, or Revenue Analytics supporting B2B or B2B2C GTM motions
• Proven track record of leading Forecast Calls and Pipeline Reviews, delivering executive-ready reporting and dashboards (BI tools + spreadsheets) that drive strategic decision-making
• Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with demonstrated experience building complex, multi-tab operational, capacity, and financial models from scratch
• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce power user, including building custom reports/dashboards and optimizing core GTM processes and data integrity
• Direct experience managing end-to-end revenue planning, including top-down and bottom-up forecast reconciliation, coverage modeling, and capacity planning
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous operational challenges and drive measurable improvements across key GTM metrics (conversion rates, pipeline coverage, data quality)

You’ll spend your time in spreadsheets, CRM data, and business reviews. You will be focused on answering, “What’s really happening?” and “What should we do next?”
