Who you are
- A builder, hungry to create impact - You don’t just want another enterprise sales role. You want to define a vertical, shape a go-to-market playbook, and be remembered for scaling a mission-led business into a market leader. You thrive in ambiguity and see a blank slate not as a barrier but as an opportunity.
- With a track record of enterprise excellence - You’ve consistently exceeded quota by closing complex, multi-year partnerships with ACVs of £100k+. Six figure deals are your norm, not the outlier and you aspire to break your own ceiling.
- And expertise in regulated, complex environments - You’ve sold into sectors like finance, law, or tech where procurement cycles are long and compliance is tight. You know how to navigate RFPs, legal review, InfoSec and procurement without losing momentum.
- Who has C-Suite credibility - You communicate with authority and clarity. You can lead high-stakes meetings, build trust with senior executives, and become a go-to advisor for employers shaping the future of their early career strategy.
- And are strategic in your sales motion - You see sales methodology (MEDDPICC or similar) as more than a checklist. For you, it’s a strategic tool to control deals, forecast accurately, and mitigate risk in complex enterprise environments.

This year we were ranked by Sifted as the UK’s fastest growing EdTech startup (and the 36th fastest growing start-up in the UK!), having grown revenue at a 216% CAGR and already secured partnerships with global leaders including HSBC, McKinsey, KPMG, Ashurst, Lloyds Banking Group, Gallagher and Snap Inc.
- AI is already reshaping recruitment and skills. At Zero Gravity, we want to be at the forefront of that change, ensuring that AI doesn’t just make hiring more efficient, but also democratises access to opportunity, just as past technological revolutions unlocked progress for wider society.
- Our AI-powered platform is transforming how employers access talent: intelligently matching top talent from low-opportunity backgrounds to world-class opportunities and delivering measurable outcomes in diversity, retention and ROI. The demand signal is strong, with six-figure ACVs already in play and a clear path to landmark, seven-figure partnerships that will fuel our next stage of scale.

- Own the full mid-market and enterprise sales cycle. From origination and account mapping through discovery, proposal, procurement, negotiation and close, converting FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 employers into long-term, six-figure partnerships.
- Progression into leadership as we expand our sales function, shaping the team structure, setting the standard, and growing into a senior role as we build around your success.
- Gain direct exposure to executive-level decision making and influence over commercial strategy.
- Generate and qualify pipeline through creative prospecting, network building, and rigorous qualification, ensuring a healthy flow of strategic opportunities.
- Close landmark deals by running 3-6 month multi-threaded sales processes, building executive sponsors, and creating governance that sets up renewals and expansion.
- Navigate complex stakeholder networks across C-suite, HR/Early Careers leaders, procurement, legal and compliance, ensuring executive alignment and momentum to signature.
- Apply disciplined methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC) to discovery, qualification, forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and control across long sales cycles.
- Represent Zero Gravity externally at industry events, roundtables and panels, positioning yourself as a credible voice on early careers and social mobility.
- Feed market insight into strategy by bringing market intelligence and partner feedback to refine our commercial model and shape how we scale.
