What the job involves
- Join our small but passionate People team to deliver a first-class employee experience
- We don’t take a traditional HR approach. We design simple, thoughtful solutions that meet our people’s needs and align with our business strategy
- In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day of people operations, bringing strong tech and data literacy, and a mindset for continuous improvement
- You’ll help us build scalable, efficient processes that support how we work today and where we’re going next
- Systems and automation:
- Own and optimise the HR tech stack (including Humaans & Pinpoint) through automation and AI enablement
- Build automated workflows and templates that remove the admin and scale effectively across our global team
- Ensure accuracy of our people data, using it to track progress and generate actionable insights for ExCo
- People operations:
- Manage the employee lifecycle end-to-end
- Own the execution of cyclical people processes, including, goal setting, engagement surveys, and performance management
- Maintain up-to-date policies, process and guides
- People projects:
- Actively involved in the design of our EVP, including the launch and embedding of our values
- Own and support projects on our People roadmap, from design to completion, ensuring they deliver impact
