What the job involves

You'll oversee testing across multiple delivery teams, providing technical leadership and supporting colleagues
Ensure our automated testing is maintainable and well-architected
Support the test lead in developing our test strategy
Help your fellow testers grow and learn by sharing your knowledge and experience
Build up domain knowledge in order to become a subject matter expert
Identify ways we can work smarter and more efficiently
Make sound decisions on whether to migrate, replace, rewrite or discard legacy tests
Define and enforce coding standards and good practices
Pitch in with manual testing of stories
Help build and maintain test scripts and documentation
This is a lead-level role, but it's technical and hands-on; you won't have people reporting to you
This is a senior position, and you'll need to provide leadership and guidance to junior colleagues
