Who you are

Extensive backend engineering experience with proven expertise building production integrations
Expert-level Python proficiency with async/await patterns and modern features
Deep experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, MongoDB, Redis, and message queues
Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and enterprise authentication systems
Proven track record building resilient, high-throughput data pipelines
Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

Desirable

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
Experience with AI/ML model integration and vector databases
Background in financial services or data-intensive applications
Contributions to open-source projects

What the job involves

Build integration connectors that link our AI platform with everyday tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office
Design data pipelines that process real-time financial information at scale
Create reliable connections with external data providers and enterprise systems
Implement authentication systems that balance security with developer experience
Architect solutions that handle high-volume data processing efficiently
Set up monitoring and alerting to ensure our integrations run smoothly 24/7
