Role
Who you are
- 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or administrative support role
- Strong organizational and communication skills with extreme attention to detail
- Proficiency with calendar tools (e.g., Google Calendar) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse)
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and accountable—takes ownership and follows through
- Comfortable working independently and communicating across distributed teams
What the job involves
- As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our high-performance Talent Acquisition team by ensuring a seamless and efficient interview scheduling process
- You will be responsible for managing interviews across multiple departments, time zones, and calendars, while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for a wide range of roles across teams and time zones
- Manage calendar logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Support and coordinate onsite interviews, ensuring smooth day-of execution
- Handle high-volume scheduling with attention to detail and timeliness
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and a positive experience
- Communicate promptly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with recruiters and the People team to refine scheduling processes, tools, and best practices
- Maintain accurate data and documentation in the ATS (Workable) and other relevant tools
