  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on email marketing, digital marketing, and events
  • Proven success in developing and executing omni-channel digital strategies for targeted marketing campaigns across a multitude of channels including paid social, PPC, and email
  • Proven experience planning and executing sponsored and owned B2B events, from initial concept through post-event follow-up—including logistics management, audience targeting, vendor coordination, promotion strategy, and lead capture to pipeline tracking
  • Ability to build strong relationships with subject matter experts within the organization and external vendors to align on go-to-market approaches
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms including, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (DV360), and Google Analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation (Hubspot is preferred) and customer relationship management (Salesforce.com) tools to manage campaign execution and reporting
  • Strong skills using Google Analytics to review data analytics and generate reports with insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Highly proactive with the ability to ideate and and propose solutions to meet business needs

  • Brightflag is seeking a passionate and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to drive demand generation through strategic and high-impact marketing campaigns
  • This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale our marketing efforts across email, events, and digital channels at a high-growth SaaS company with a differentiated, best-in-class product
  • As the bridge between brand and demand, your work will have a direct influence on pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility
  • You’ll work closely with sales and other cross-functional teams to build programs that generate engaged leads and first meetings, ultimately fueling pipeline growth
  • Own and execute demand generation campaigns across email, sponsored and owned events, and digital marketing channels
  • Plan and manage sponsored and owned events that drive engagement, generate leads, and contribute to pipeline goals
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, collaborating with SDRs and Sales to identify key accounts and deliver personalized, targeted campaigns
  • Build and manage omni-channel digital campaigns (including paid social, PPC, and display) to drive awareness and demand
  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing programs to nurture prospects and customers across the buyer journey
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to demonstrate measurable impact and predict lagging indicators
  • Consistently deliver marketing programs that drive demand and are aligned with business priorities
