Role

Who you are

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (business, marketing, communications, or similar)
A real interest in AI: you already use AI tools day to day, and it's a big plus if you've built something yourself (an automation, an agent, a vibe-coded app)
Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a crisp, personal outreach message
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple threads
Curious and self-starting, you like figuring things out and aren't afraid to reach out to strangers
Genuine interest in sustainability, climate, or SaaS is a big plus
Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc

What the job involves

You'll work alongside our Account Executives and Marketing team to bring in new opportunities
You'll get a Claude license from day one, and we want you to use it
The idea isn't to do everything by hand
It's to find smarter ways of working and share them with the team
Support outbound prospecting: research target accounts, build contact lists, and help draft and personalize outreach (email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
Contribute to marketing initiatives: campaigns, events, webinars, and content and help track how they convert into pipeline
Build and improve GTM workflows with AI: create Claude skills and agents for account research, meeting prep, CRM enrichment and reporting that the whole revenue team can use
Keep the CRM clean and up to date (data entry, enrichment, activity logging) and help report on funnel and campaign metrics
Run experiments on messaging, sequences, and targeting, and share what's working with the team
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to sharpen how we talk about CO2 AI

Our take

Focused on large and complex businesses, CO2 AI uses machine learning to help businesses track, report, measure, and reduce the environmental footprint of their operations.

Its platform processes and translates complex data into actionable insights, allowing users to make the most impactful changes. Interestingly, it includes "Scope 3" emissions in this analysis, which are emissions that are not directly produced by the company but by the organisations it controls.

Incubated within the technology wing of Boston Consulting Group, the company was spun out in 2023, with BCG acting as one of the funding bodies behind its corresponding fundraise. CO2 AI is using these funds to expand its footprint in Europe and North America as it moves ahead in its journey as a standalone business.
