Who you are
- We are building a next generation suite of tools, and we need strong PMs with a passion for customers to help realize our vision
- 5+ years of experience in building products, deep expertise in customer focused product management and product development lifecycle
- Experience managing complex, multi-phase strategic product(s) in parallel with the ability to manage matrix teams in a global context to success delivery and excellence
- Advanced understanding in basic data analysis; able to "self-serve" and work with analytics partners to determine what tracking is needed, synthesize/report results, etc
- Must have a passion for our sellers and the relentless drive to improve experiences for our sellers, influencing a higher bar on quality and ensuring the seller is always at the center of our product roadmap and priorities
- Experience working with design research and qualitative tools to ensure the voice of our seller is at the center of our product development
- Strong, concise communicator and effective story-teller; experience using both analytics and qualitative research to express the vision and strategy of the product
- Technical depth and proven experience with building experiences for mobile apps preferred

- The Seller Experience Team seeks a Senior Product Manager to join its continuing effort to build the best in class selling experience for sellers on eBay. Our team specializes in providing tools and services that empower consumer sellers, as well as small to large business sellers, to quickly and easily sell on eBay to grow their business. We are about creating opportunity for eBay’s global community of sellers
- In this role you will have opportunities to work on products that impact and enhance how eBay sellers conduct their business every day to drive billions of dollars of commerce through our platform
- Create Product Strategy & Vision. Own the comprehensive vision and end-to-end execution of an experience across a key product area or capability for our Sellers
- Design a Multi-Year Roadmap and Expected Outcomes. Develop a compelling and iterative roadmap and launch plan that supports both our marketplace business growth goals and our seller success metrics
- Obsess the Customer & Overall Quality of Experiences. Demonstrate a relentless focus to listen to our end-users and feed their voice into our product development process. Leverage design and research partnerships to get insights and feedback throughout the entire product lifecycle. Build processes for continuous improvements
- Break Down Silos & Enable Strong Collaboration. Create connections and processes across teams that will drive efficient cross-team collaboration and clear alignment
