What the job involves
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Creative Account Manager to join the Subway team
- As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering creative content for Subway campaigns
- You will be responsible for helping to build and sustain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into creative briefs for our creative and production teams
- Working closely with the AD, SAM and client, you will help to manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
- You will provide regular updates to the client, managing expectations, and look to resolve any issues that may arise in the first instance and escalate where appropriate
- In addition to managing client relationships, you will collaborate with internal teams including to ensure the successful execution of creative projects
- You will also be responsible for monitoring project timelines, budgets, and ensuring quality control throughout the process
