What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Influencer Marketing Executive with a strong background in sales
- In this role, you will lead the development and execution of influencer campaigns designed to maximise ROI, accelerate conversions, and deliver measurable business growth
- Develop and implement a results-driven influencer marketing strategy focused on increasing sales and measurable outcomes
- Identify and onboard influencers with a proven track record of driving sales across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Set clear KPIs for influencer campaigns, focusing on sales conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on investment (ROI)
- Target driven: You will have ownership over budgets and have ambitious revenue targets to work towards
- You will be responsible for ensuring quality content is always delivered from our talent partners in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers who align with our brand and sales goals
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and commission structures tied to influencer sales performance
- Conduct regular reviews of influencer performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimise outcomes
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and overall ROI
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine influencer strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with emerging influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance performance
