Role
Who you are
- Bachelors or master's in business, Economics, Data Analytics or similar
- Experience in database management and SQL
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with statistical analysis
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business strategies
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations and the ability to contextualize data within broader business objectives
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in handling and reporting data
What the job involves

- Data Management & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide decision-making
- Business Insights: Translate data into understandable business insights and reports that align with the company’s goals and strategic objectives
- Standardization & Automation: Work on standardizing and automating reporting processes to ensure consistency and scalability as the company grows
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Success, Sales, Product) to understand business challenges and provide meaningful insights
- Ad-hoc support: Provide additional support to Strategic Initiatives as needed, gaining exposure to various aspects of project management & strategy
