Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; in business, finance, economics, or related field. MBA an asset
- 5+ years hands-on experience in partner management, category management, brand management, or business development
- Strong analytical, commercial, financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience negotiating and managing external partnerships
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel required and hands on experience with BI tools (such as Looker, Power BI etc)
What the job involves
- The Partner Business Manager (PBM) is responsible for sourcing and onboarding new brand targets while managing and growing existing brand partner relationships across the Fullscript marketplace
- Acting as the strategic and commercial owner for each brand, the PBM drives performance, oversees joint business planning, and leads negotiations and onboarding
- Serve as strategic owner and relationship manager for assigned brand partners
- Develop annual business plans aligned to revenue, growth, and profitability targets
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new brand and product category opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms and lead onboarding for new brand partnerships
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Medical Affairs, Merchandising and Sales
- Drive promotional strategy, merchandising, and product lifecycle planning
- Analyze brand and market data to guide strategic decisions
