Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate can move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed execution — bringing clarity to ambiguity, resolving dependencies, and ensuring that Aircall’s most important marketing priorities land consistently across markets and channels
- 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, global campaigns, brand activation, product launches, or a related B2B SaaS marketing discipline
- Experience leading complex, multi-channel programs across multiple regions without relying on direct reporting authority
- A track record of translating business priorities into integrated marketing strategies and executable plans
- Strong understanding of how brand, product marketing, content, demand generation, events, and regional marketing work together
- Experience managing significant program budgets, agency partners, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
- Strong strategic judgment and the ability to make recommendations when goals, ownership, or inputs are still evolving
- Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Analytical fluency and experience defining success metrics, interpreting program performance, and recommending investment changes
- Strong AI fluency and practical experience using AI to improve marketing planning, execution, or analysis
- Experience marketing AI products, supporting category creation, or working within a global B2B technology company is a strong plus
What the job involves
- Aircall is looking for a Global Integrated Marketing Programs Lead to lead the strategy and orchestration of our highest-priority global marketing programs
- Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be the senior individual contributor responsible for turning major product launches, category moments, events, and brand priorities into cohesive global programs
- You will connect the brief, audience strategy, messaging, content, creative development, channel activation, regional rollout, and performance readout into one accountable program
- This is not a traditional project management role. You will help shape the strategy, make tradeoffs, establish the operating model, and align Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Data, regional teams, and external partners around shared goals
- Own the strategy, planning, and cross-functional execution of Aircall’s highest-priority global integrated marketing programs
- Translate company and marketing priorities into clear program strategies, audiences, narratives, channel plans, regional activation models, and measurable goals
- Lead programs from initial brief through development, launch, regional rollout, performance analysis, and post-program optimization
- Establish program scope, milestones, owners, budgets, dependencies, decision rights, and success metrics
- Create integrated briefs that align Product Marketing, Creative, Content, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data, PR, events, and external partners
- Ensure every channel and regional activation contributes to one coherent customer experience rather than operating as a collection of separate tactics
- Partner with regional teams to translate global strategies into locally relevant programs while protecting the core message and creative platform
- Identify risks, resolve competing priorities, and drive timely decisions across senior stakeholders
- Build repeatable planning frameworks, campaign playbooks, and operating cadences that improve global-to-local execution
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Data to define measurement plans and assess impact across awareness, engagement, pipeline, product adoption, and brand positioning
- Lead program readouts that turn performance data and market feedback into clear recommendations for future investment and optimization
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, planning, briefing, content adaptation, coordination, and program analysis
Our take
Call centres have been a mainstay of sales teams for decades, with the human touch delivering an impression conversion rate of about 30% for inbound calls. However analogue call centres are physical infrastructure-heavy and unable to take advantage of the flexibility afforded by remote and hybrid ways of work. Aircall exists to change that, providing a cloud-based call centre infrastructure that allows sales teams to work from their home offices.
Aircall isn't the only company in this space, and it faces heavy competition from Cloudtalk, another cloud-based call centre solution. However Aircall stands out in the market by its use of open APIs and webhooks, making integration with existing productivity and helpdesk tools much easier, and its superior call quality. Aircall has developed a significant customer base with these strengths, with over 20,000 companies using its platform.
