Who you are
- Passionate about the creator economy. Paired with an understanding of the present and future habits, behaviours and requirements of creators and an ability to socialise this knowledge within the business
- Able to identify and grow individuals and teams as we continue to expand
- Experience of identifying, engaging and recruiting an audience (directly and via partnerships) for a digital service, ideally in the lifestyle or entertainment sector
- Proven experience delivering a B2B partnership led strategy with affiliates and brands for commercial and strategic gain
- Ability to create successful marketing, promotional and partnership strategies driven equally by user need and commercial results
- A natural ability to combine market and audience insight with data intelligence and sector knowledge to continually refine and improve marketing activity
- To develop creative led marketing activation plans based on education and the opportunities provided by LICKD’s service
- Experience developing and promoting affiliate or referral programmes

What the job involves
- Working with the support of the Directors, the SLT and your team, you will define And deliver the off-platform multi-channel marketing and partnership strategy.
- Develop partnership pipeline and close B2B partnerships aimed at delivering sign-ups at scale
- Your focus will be on digital and content marketing initiatives including performance, Marketing, affiliate schemes, SEO, social and partnership /community engagement
- Dovetailing the marketing strategy to align and drive on-platform e-commerce objectives
- Managing the relevant weekly monthly/annual performance reports providing detailed analysis on your key metrics and pro-active recommendations
- Managing the expanding marketing team and our retained agencies to deliver on your strategies
