Who you are

Excellent telephone manner (ability to build rapport quickly)
Inside sales experience/lead generation experience
Experience of working to and achieving targets
Strong written and oral communication skills; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles

What the job involves

Conducting research to identify key points of contact and their contact details at target companies
Proactively scheduling calls with targets via phone (including cold calling)
Educating targets on the value of Finquest’s services
Managing rejected target companies and help generate new business leads to pass onto the Sales team
Ensuring data entry activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner
You'll be employee #1 in this new role and we expect to hire 2-3 more additional people this year so this is an exciting opporutnity to help shape the role
