In building their product from the ground up alongside restaurants (SimplyDelivery had no outside funding until 2021) the company has a customer-focused approach that could give it the edge in an increasingly competitive market.
The company is now looking to expand into international markets with Eastern European countries like Poland high on the list.
In order to appeal to a wider set of businesses, the company will have to refine its product’s analytics capabilities, helping restauranteurs with their most challenging tasks like prep lists and late night inventory.
