What the job involves

We are seeking a Group Product Manager, who is passionate about online commerce and buyer experience, to join the Search product team
The person will primarily be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution of Search product and managing a team of product managers
You will be hands-on in the formulation and execution of our strategy with a constant obsession to define and solve the customer problems
Drive personalization and building ML models to drive growth in Search and Discovery
Manage and coach PMs delivering personalized shopping experience on eBay’s web and mobile experiences, as well as machine learning and deep learning infrastructure and new explorations
Define the team charter, set the strategic narrative, and define investment roadmap to power discovery and personalized recommendations
Collaborate with senior leaders across eBay’s management team to align plans with partners in the core product and technology teams as well as within the teams across functions: marketing, operations, sales, and strategy
