Who you are
- The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong executional speed, and the ability to independently deliver polished, production-ready solutions while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development efficiency, scalability, and quality
- The ideal candidate combines strong front-end engineering skills with systems thinking, speed, and attention to detail
- You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating across multiple teams, and independently driving projects from concept through implementation
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex web challenges, building reusable systems, and using AI-assisted workflows to improve execution and scalability
- 10+ years of experience in front-end web development
- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
- Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives
- Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
- Experience building modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
- Experience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures
- Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalability
- Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and maintainability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What the job involves
- Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web experiences across our digital ecosystem
- This role will partner closely with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems, support website migrations and consolidation efforts, and transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable, high-performance web components and templates
- We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This is an individual contributor role focused on building scalable, performant, and maintainable web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem
