Who you are
- This role requires analytical capabilities coupled with a business understanding, technical and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), either as part of a CDP vendor providing services to businesses or within a company utilizing a CDP as part of its marketing/data stack
- Proven track record in contributing to or leading the development of customer segmentation strategies across different audiences and use cases
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent with effective organization and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Fast learner
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with unparalleled attention to detail
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
- Team player with self-learning and problem-solving abilities
- Excel proficiency
- Photoshop experience preferred
- Basic HTML understanding preferred

- Ongoing communication with clients
- Develop, plan, execute and optimize customer behaviour-based CRM campaigns
- Be in charge and create customer touchpoints via email, SMS, and push notifications, retargeting to meet business goals
- Onboard clients to Optimove’s proprietary email services provider - Provide training, best practices, and advice
- Operation of various systems – for campaign execution and monitoring
- Interpret data, analyse results to improve ROI performance
- Surface data-driven insights and an iterative testing approach to optimize campaigns, content, and segmentation

Optimove faces competition from multichannel marketing hubs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and its challenge will be to continue differentiating itself. It currently does so, as well as with its various acquisitions and integrations, by segmenting customers and identifying different personas in real-time using its AI-led orchestration of multichannel campaigns.
