Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting/finance, strategic finance, business operations or other analytical roles at a fast-growing company

What the job involves
- Be an early member of our business team and have an impact on the Graphite’s future scale and growth
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes including legal, hiring, HR, and finance
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Build and maintain the company's financial model and growth/revenue projections
- Graphite is growing rapidly, we're looking for a business operations associate to help us scale internally as a team and externally as a developer tool with first-class product support

Our take
Graphite is making advanced code review and developer tools accessible to a wider range of engineers, breaking down the barriers that typically limit such resources to teams at large companies. While industry giants like Facebook and Google use tools like Phabricator and Critique, Graphite offers open-source solutions with a command-line interface and dashboard, empowering developers of all sizes to streamline their code review processes.
What sets Graphite apart is its ability to dramatically enhance engineering team efficiency with innovative features. Unlike traditional linear code review processes - where code is committed and then reviewed - Graphite allows for concurrent reviews. This enables engineers to continue working on other tasks while their code is being reviewed, leading to a much more productive workflow.
As the company continues to roll out regular performance improvements and refine its features, it has continued to expand its user base. With strong support and a growing community of users, Graphite has gained traction across even the most traditional engineering teams, and in late 2025 was acquired by AI coding assistant Cursor.
