- Strong experimentation skills: Designing CRO experiments (e.g. AB tests) with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Knowledge of mobile app product development, including best practice UX/UI and platform-specific considerations (iOS & Android)
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Customers Team
- You’ll work alongside a talented and collaborative group of developers, QA engineers and product designers to shape a product that meets the needs of our members
- All product decisions you make will be in service of providing a compelling, clear, engaging and accessible user experience for both prospective customers and existing members
- You’ll move easily between ‘big picture’ thinking when shaping product strategy and the granular details when specifying product requirements
- Gathering and interpreting quant and qual information from a range of sources that helps us understand our customers and members better. This includes activities such as data analysis, user interviews and experimentation, and condensing the outputs into clear and customer-led insights
- Scoping and prioritising product changes in collaboration with the rest of the Customers team to enable them to consistently deliver impactful improvements to our product
- Synthesising a variety of inputs (customer insight, company strategy, competitor insight, regulatory obligations) to discover new product changes that will enable delivery against wider company strategy
- Building strong relationships with both the Customers team and wider stakeholders and communicating on both a 1-to-1 and 1-to-many level (e.g. company presentations about increments to our product). Consistently demonstrating behaviours that align with our company virtues
