Marketing Events Manager / Producer, CaptionHub

• We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Marketing Events Manager to join our growing GTM team
• A solid grasp of how to deliver events and webinars, from pre-planning and promotion through to post-event follow-up.
• Strong project management skills. You’re highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoom Webinars, Figma, Pitch
• Experience working with vendors, venues, partners, and internal teams to pull everything together
• Great communication and collaboration skills, you’re just as happy writing up timelines as you are jumping on a call to fix a problem
• A sharp eye for presentation. You’re confident creating on-brand decks and working with designers to make things look polished and aligned

Desirable

• Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is all about making our in-person and virtual events / webinar programmes run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively, from logistics and planning to on-the-day execution
• You won’t be doing this alone: you’ll work closely with marketing, as well as sales and partnerships, to help us scale our presence across the globe
• Take the lead on CaptionHub's global events within our GTM team
• You’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact marketing events that support brand awareness, pipeline generation, and partner collaboration
• Coordinating and executing our global events portfolio—supporting planning, logistics, and operational delivery across trade shows, industry conferences, and partner events
• Helping to run and scale our webinar programme, managing the logistics and execution side while collaborating on content and positioning with the broader marketing team
• Supporting partner-led events and webinars, working closely with partners to align on timelines, assets, and logistics
• Maintaining and updating project management tools, calendars, and workflows that keep our event activity on track and visible across the team
• Helping to identify relevant events we should consider attending or sponsoring—gathering research and sharing recommendations
• Creating and maintaining event playbooks, checklists, and post-event reporting processes—so we keep learning and improving
• Developing clear, visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, speaking notes for events and webinars, ensuring they’re aligned with our brand and messaging
• Assisting with wider marketing campaigns and special projects as needed—this could include supporting launches, internal communications, or GTM initiatives
• Ensuring our presence at events is polished, professional, and budget-conscious, whether we’re exhibiting, speaking, or attending
• This is a delivery-focused role with lots of exposure and room to grow. You’ll be supported by the marketing team and will work cross-functionally to make sure our events drive the right outcomes
