With digitalization forcing companies to significantly up their online presence, web design platforms have seen a major boost. Duda operates in this space, serving web design agencies with white label services that allow them to quickly develop and maintain multiple client websites.
Alongside a website builder that rivals competitors WordPress and Wix in terms of ease of use, Duda offers a raft of collaboration and analytics tools. As eCommerce continues to get more popular, these features have been particularly valued by Duda's customer base and have fuelled a large part of the company's growth.
Duda reports that 60% of its customers are WordPress migrants, suggesting it is successfully wrestling a niche market share off of a big-name competitor. It continues to improve its offering, for example through the acquisition of Snipcart, a startup that enables businesses to add a shopping cart to their websites.
