Who you are
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role

What the job involves
- Responsible for ordering food, shipping and mailing
- Work with internal stakeholders to organize events and meetings, video conferences and conference calls
- Organize office operations and procedures, outline and document SOPs
- Facilitate a positive employee experience by responding to support requests in a timely manner
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires (building access, parking, etc.)
- Provide general support to visitors and internal colleagues
