Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional communicator with stellar attention to detail and time management skills
- They possess creativity, flexibility, and the drive to consistently deliver on mission critical projects with tight timelines and competing priorities
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in technology or financial services industries
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities at one time, and possess a strong ability to shift focus seamlessly
- Experience creating / maintaining / prioritizing product roadmaps, design requirements / requirements documents, and user stories
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex ideas, break them down into smaller, sequential plans, while understanding interdependencies to deliver solutions
- Ability to build strong working relationship with engineers, business analysts, designers, stakeholders (internal / external), and other teams across the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to develop stories, write product documentation tailored to various audiences, and to inform team and stakeholders of roadmaps and relating activities
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Technology team at CAIS. This high impact position is responsible for collaborating with the Product Team to define the vision, objective, and strategic roadmap for product execution

- Understand the product and the needs of our clients through frequent feedback and communication with internal and external stakeholders; leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and other metrics to guide product roadmaps
- Work closely with Product team to manage the backlog of stories to deliver features, enhancements, and fixes most critical to meet our business, product, and team goals
- Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to solicit, gather and document requirements
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering and design teams, as well as various stakeholders, to plan and coordinate product roll-out and assist with the day-to-day operational support post roll-out
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, release communication
- Maintain and prioritize user stories, and work with developers, marketing, executives and UX/UI designers to come up with testable user-focused solutions, testing prototype interfaces and workflows
- Ensure that all processes, features, enhancements, and fixes are documented thoroughly and maintained for quality and audit purposes
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, and client teams) during the entire lifecycle of the product
- Participate in product sprints and manage both product and sprint backlogs
- Keep product roadmaps up-to-date and prioritize feature development to ensure the functionalities we build release at the right time and align with our customers' needs and the business objectives
