Who you are
- Key Ideal Experience: Mobile App Growth and User Adoption, Video or Audio Messaging
- 2+ years experience on a high performing growth team, business school, venture capital, consulting, or other data-driven, analytical roles Experience with data-driven customer segmentation (behavioural, demographic, etc)
- Conducting growth experiments, A/B and multivariate tests, funnel analysis with a proven track record of success
- Open user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices
- Creative use of analytics tools such as Mixpanel, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
- Ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects

What the job involves
- You’ll improve our metrics. You’ll work with our cross-functional team of dedicated resources such as growth engineers, growth designers, and growth marketers to provide an underlying system for increasing metrics whether they are retention, acquisition, engagement, or other key business metrics
- You’ll increase engagement. You’ll focus on use-case, frequency, intensity, and feature adoption by determining casual, core, and power users and understanding cohort retention over time
- You’ll optimise acquisition. You’ll build a growth strategy plan to acquire new customers by aligning the target market to the most efficient acquisition channels. You’ll work across the product lifecycle to optimise our acquisition and conversion funnel, from marketing and community strategies, into the onboarding funnel, and beyond. You’ll expand our presence in our key demographics and explore ways to target adjacent users
- You’ll collect and interpret key metrics. You’ll dig into our analytics, conduct user research, speak with our community and marketers, and analyse user behaviour

- LOVE’s interview process is no more than 2-3 rounds, including founders.. We make each round about meaningful conversations that are topic based. Developers typically have a second round that tends to be a technical deep dive, where they can openly geek out on all things development with the CTO to ensure they can both work well together and have the technical skills to continue to grow LOVE. In all roles conversations are our driver for our interviews, focusing on Brainstorms, ‘Think Tasks’ and good old fashioned connections

What if there was a way to improve digital conversations? LOVE is creating a brand new way to communicate. Key features of the platform include ease-of-use, an emphasis on data protection, no ads and no need to use your keyboard through biometric facial recognition.
The company wants to create a real sense of community for its users, even offering them shares if a target number is reached within 5 years. LOVE is launching creative campaigns with artists to market its product, focused around socially-relevant questions around what it means to love: our planet, each other, our schools.
Their team members have an impressive track-record in entrepreneurship, including seasoned executives who helped launch the first Android and iPhones. Further, current plans include expansion to markets outside the US and the development of an app for Android. Although it's in early stages, if LOVE can capitalise on its unique idea it has the potential to go far.
