What the job involves
- Building relationships with key stakeholders within key potential clients, ensuring that Investis Digital’s portfolio of services and solutions are well understood by prospective clients
- Ensuring that you have up-to-date knowledge of client white space and power map across all functions
- Actively developing additional buying and influencer contacts across the account (with an emphasis on new contacts, new conversations, new solutions)
- Writing proposals, delivering client presentations and taking an active role in competitive tenders
- Participating in ID events, industry awards and other social activities
- Ensuring a high standard of client communication with all clients and at every opportunity
- Working with the Investis Digital product areas to help identify opportunities for growth
- Ensuring all processes are adhered to in administering sales, including documentation completion and CRM management is followed and actioned appropriately
- KPIs are account sales, profitability, growth goals, and client satisfaction
