Batch's mission is to enable the convenience of shopping online exist in the physical world.

As the COVID-19 pandemic developed, the use of QR codes and NFC payments grew as contactless interaction became the preferable choice. Batch is a company relying on this trend to continue post-pandemic, with a platform that facilitates one-tap checkouts for products.
Brands use the Batch system by placing unique codes on packaged goods, advertising material, and direct mail, allowing customers to easily replenish a product. Customers tap or scan the code using their smartphone camera and the order is placed. The app currently relies fully on Apple’s App Clip technology.
Batch is a new company with a handful of customers – including brands like Wandering Bear, Nuggs, Amass, and Red Antler – and time will tell whether it has the longevity to sustain its growth in a competitive market. A successful seed funding round gives the company capital as it strives to explore new markets, like the live events space.
