Role
Who you are
- 2 + years campaign management/paid social experience in an agency environment
- Paid social experience, which could include Facebook, Instagram or TikTok
- Good with numbers and analytics, maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for influencer marketing and a thorough understanding of social campaigns and industry trends
- Knowledge of social media campaign KPIs is essential
- Demonstrable ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively develop solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship building capability, including ability to influence and present to stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of app user acquisition metrics is a bonus!
What the job involves
- Supporting the Account Managers with the day to day running of influencer campaigns
- Setup and management of high volume of campaigns across multiple geos
- Liaising with the Community team to identify influencers for campaigns in line with campaign strategy and client requirements
- Work closely with account managers to ensure an aligned approach to campaign and budget management
- Proactively collaborating with the wider Yoke team to prepare campaign strategies, sharing app recommendations and industry trends to support the influencer community
- Work closely with our Creative Lead to brainstorm engaging Influencer content and concepts for your campaigns
- Support the Partnerships team with client retention and up-sell opportunities

Our take
Yoke was initially founded to bring more transparency to the influencer marketing space. At the time, the co-founders noticed that influencers had millions of followers, yet brands remained hesitant to work with them. As well as this, they saw that many influencers struggled to monetize effectively.
In 2021, TikTok hit 100 million daily users in Europe and sponsored posts rose 164%. Having specialised in the social media platform relatively early, Yoke consequently has the largest TikTok Influencer network of creators outside of TikTok. Yoke now also includes creators from Instagram & Snapchat and, combined, their network has 1.5M daily views.
This means the company is in a strong position to help apps and brands drive downloads through social media influencers. They already have helped many clients, including Pretty Little Thing, Revolut, and Cleo. Looking forward, Yoke is focusing on exploring their international potential. They already have business in the US and are looking to increase this over the next few years.
