Who you are
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded Junior Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team
- This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their Sales Ops or Revenue Ops career who is eager to learn the ins and outs of sales processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration
- 1+ year of experience in a Sales, Sales Ops, RevOps, or CRM support role (internships count!)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (like Salesforce) or sales tools is a plus
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and basic data literacy
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of ownership
- Curious and eager to learn new systems and sales operations best practices
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and asking clarifying questions
- Flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Interested in a long-term path in Sales or Revenue Operations
What the job involves
- This role is designed to provide day-to-day operational support for the Sales team, ensuring their tools, data, and processes run smoothly
- You'll play a hands-on role in unblocking sales reps, maintaining data quality, and helping keep our sales systems clean and efficient
- Frontline Sales Support: You’ll serve as a go-to resource for resolving operational blockers that slow down the sales process — from fixing record errors to assisting with quote approvals and troubleshooting common issues
- Systems & Tooling Assistance: Help monitor and maintain the health of our sales tech stack. This includes addressing basic system errors, supporting user questions, and escalating more complex issues as needed
- Data Integrity & Maintenance: Contribute to the accuracy of our CRM and reporting by identifying and correcting data inconsistencies, duplicates, and misalignments between contracts, opportunities, and records
- Light Reporting & Process Support: Assist with building or updating reports and dashboards for the sales team and reviewing existing ones to catch errors or outdated information
- Operational Monitoring: Support routine checks and reviews of sales data and performance indicators to ensure nothing falls through the cracks — like unassigned deals, stalled opportunities, or misrouted accounts

The short-term rental economy has gone from strength to strength since the revolutionary introduction of Airbnb into the industry. Now startups are competing to iron out the kinks in vacation and rental experiences for both landlords and tenants.
Guesty is doing this through building the Salesforce for property management. By focusing on the operational hiccups of running a short-term rental property - and there are many - Guesty has built up a loyal customer base who are grateful for the software which unlocks time and money.
The company is now investing in growth and technology while extending its marketplace of third-party integrations. It is also continuing to build out its machine learning capabilities which augments many of its products, triaging guest messages for example.
The startup is also starting to develop products for other types of property, including multi-unit listings and “aparthotels.” Guesty must continue to deliver a quality service for these new types of customers who will bring with them higher expectations than casual hosts.
