What the job involves

We’re looking for a Senior UX Writer to lead content strategy and design across our product ecosystem, helping us build intuitive, inclusive, and impactful experiences
As a key member of our UX Content Strategy team, you’ll be the voice behind the interface—creating content that’s clear, consistent, and deeply user-centered
You’ll collaborate across disciplines, mentor others, and bring strategic thinking to every touchpoint
Lead Content Strategy: Define and implement content strategies that align with user needs and business goals. You’ll shape the story and ensure it’s told consistently across platforms
Create End-to-End Experiences: Write and manage content across the full lifecycle—from initial creation to updates—using tools like Figma, Pendo, and Contentful
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and support teams to integrate content seamlessly into the user experience
Mentor and Innovate: Guide junior team members, foster collaboration, and bring fresh ideas to elevate our content practice
Leverage Research & Data: Use user insights and analytics to refine content and improve usability
Champion Accessibility & Clarity: Maintain content guidelines and design systems that ensure clarity, consistency, and inclusivity

Cloud computing facilitates access to software products without having the computer power required to use them, presenting great opportunities for enterprises to benefit from cutting-edge software. However, managing subscriptions to cloud products can be a convoluted process unique to each software product, presenting the need for a unified accessibility solution.

Pax8 provides an online marketplace for cloud-based software, allowing businesses to order, bill, manage, and provision cloud products within a single place. The marketplace contains a curated catalogue of cloud providers, a license management dashboard, demo infrastructure and tools for billing and invoicing, ultimately ensuring that users do not need to navigate outside the platform to manage their cloud software inventory.

Whilst many of the services provided by Pax8 are already included in cloud software applications, the company has made the smart move of partnering with software providers such as Bam Boom Cloud to unify all management tools into a single platform. By ensuring companies can browse, purchase, and manage cloud solutions within the marketplace, the company aims to increase accessibility and minimise complexities associated with cloud computing.
