Who you are
- 5 years of experience in Marketing and social media development plans
- HR Tech and/or startup experience is strongly preferred
- Exceptional ability to project manage and work cross-functionally on content creation
- Strong knowledge of X, LinkedIn Ads, and other media channels such as YouTube
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis

What the job involves
- The Social Media Manager reports to the Head of Marketing and will provide hands-on management and strategic guidance
- This person will be responsible for media planning, daily cross-channel performance analysis, budget and campaign optimization, reporting, and driving growth in our media channels on behalf of Fountain
- The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the GTM team in communicating the effectiveness of our marketing and recruitment efforts
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns, including Social Media and Video Strategy
- Develop digital content in partnership with the Brand team and others in Marketing
- Build and execute planned media posts while ensuring all content is tied back to key monthly themes
- Ensure all campaigns achieve lead goals while maintaining adherence to budget where needed
- Discover expansion and growth opportunities through continuous research and analysis of keywords, audiences, channels, technology, and ad formats
- Compile data and produce periodic media reports, providing deep analysis and actionable insights
- Manage and maintain weekly media budget tracking report
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and act on opportunities to increase performance while ensuring a positive return spend and other key performance indicators
- Continual learning and implementing the latest technology and industry trends
- Support as needed for events and marketing initiatives
