- You’re looking to push the envelope and have fun with your writing, but always prioritize copy that is clear and impactful to the consumer
- 3+ years copywriting experience, preferably in-house for a wellness-based CPG brand and/or advertising agency
- Strong portfolio of past work required
- Experience writing about wellness, health, nutrition, or food is a major plus!
- Experience using creative testing, audience insights, and performance data to refine and optimize messaging
- Ability to meet deadlines with discipline, and manage time effectively
- A collaborative team player with a “no task too small” mindset
- Strong organization and time management capabilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and minor obsession for grammar
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Communications, Digital, Retail, Medical, and R&D teams to align on messaging and writing needs
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or startup environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt, pivot, and thrive amidst change
- Experience being creative in a regulated category is a bonus!

What the job involves
- ByHeart is looking for a Brand and Growth Copywriter to craft copy across all ByHeart touch points - with a focus on emails, paid ads, social and retail
- Reports to: Director, Copy & Demand Generation
- Write high-impact copy for digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and additional channels
- Partner with designers to deliver cohesive and engaging storytelling through copy and imagery
- Employ and evolve the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all communications
- Translate brand and growth objectives into clear, effective messaging strategies
- Contribute bold, culturally relevant creative ideas that expand the brand’s reach and relevance
- Leverage creative testing, audience insights, and performance data to refine and optimize messaging
